This version has 2 major features: high-value equipment and contract-renew interview process.
High-value Equipment
Once a while ago, I hired a British marketing specialist to arrange a play-test for this game.
Thanks for those valuable feedback. Play-testers mentioned about equipment lost when players giving additional ones to agents. (not going to return to player inventory)
By 0.2.18 I added high-value equipment, and confirm menus to let players know high-value equipment don't return to inventory, while normal items do return as players replace them instead.
Contract-renew Interview Process
Agents resign by not enough payment and ending of contract. In old version, they left immediately. (actually able to be hired back)
By 0.2.18 , agents have a contract-renew interview process with boss (players), Players can use (newspaper) items to object/counter the reasons from agents for raising salary.
These are bullet points of 0.2.18

打怪特勤隊 (Supernatural Event Control Incorporation) 本版本主要 新增了兩個特點 高價值裝備 及 幹員合約到期的訪談
高價值裝備
前些陣子我請一位英國的行銷人員幫我做了一份針對英國玩家與開發者的試玩報告
感謝那些試玩玩家提出的寶貴意見。
除了0.2.7更新解決了Android無法開啟遊戲以及關於目前遊戲的上手的問題之外。
玩家還提到 給予幹員的道具就會永久留在幹員身上(不會取代返還玩家道具欄) 的設計問題。
但其實這個設計其實在專案開始之初就是這樣設計的(不是臭蟲),這個行為有點像是賞賜,用來持續消耗玩家的資金。
沒想到試玩玩家對於給予幹員的道具替代了現有的道具,或是因為幹員的死亡,離職而消失,有剝奪感。
所以在 0.2.18 版本,我更改了設計,新增了高價值裝備(有修飾字樣的裝備),並且特別在給予高價值裝備時,跳出確認選單。高價值裝備是一種對幹員的彰顯成就是不能返還的。一般道具,則會透過給予其他道具來取代,自動回到道具欄。
幹員合約到期的訪談
另外本遊戲其實是一個辦公室模擬的遊戲
幹員會因為合約到期而離職。舊版的幹員會在合約到期時直接離職。但其實遊戲中有設計離職的幹員會先到可僱用清單,讓玩家可以選擇重新雇用。但很明顯很多玩家沒有發現這個設計。以為幹員離職就不見了(連帶其道具)。
遊戲的設計是希望玩家注意每週要付薪水,注意幹員的合約到期前可以先續約,防止幹員離職。
在0.2.18為了加強這一點,幹員如果是因為合約到期(不是因為沒付薪水),就會在合約到期那一日與玩家(老闆)進行續約協商。簡而言之依照幹員的等級重新議價。(如果是離職後,重新雇用也會依照等級重新設定薪資)
玩家在與幹員協商的過程中,可以選擇拿出事實(報紙道具)反駁幹員提出的提高薪資的原因。來使得協商的薪資降低(不那麼高)。
0.2.18 更新要點:
- 新增 高價值裝備。
- 新增 幹員合約到期的訪談流程。
- 新增 戰場中破壞障礙物產生的報紙類物品。
- 新增 刷新任務清單的功能。
- 新增 現在結算畫面會逐步刷新且有跳過直達結尾按鈕。
- 新增 新教學段落:支援,戰術。
- 修改 關卡難度及獎勵。
